Founder's Story

Johann Diaz is a renowned service transformation expert, with decades of experience in leadership, operational strategy, and service management. His passion for customer excellence has led him to successfully advise and coach businesses in diverse industries.


Johann’s career includes key roles at Thorn EMI, Securicor, Transport for London, Capgemini, ServiceNow and others, where he helped shape industry-leading service initiatives.


He has also led service transformation projects and programs at Vodafone, Diageo, Unilever, BP, Serco, O2 & EON.


Johann’s personal journey, including his commitment to the Creation Partnerships Foundation, adds a human touch to his work.


His deep connection to supporting young people with complex special educational needs (SEN) further informs his empathetic and people-centered leadership approach.
