Amazon Go might be convenient… but is it killing human connection?

Businesses actually exist to serve people.

Take Amazon Go, for example, where you have a completely faceless, humanless experience. When I first saw that, I thought, “Wow, fantastic!” But there are many people who actually go to the shop for a reason other than buying something. They go because that’s the only human contact they have that day.

It’s all about service. Service is all about people, and people are all about each other.
