Can we automate the people out of the business?

Automation is great for repetitive tasks, the long tasks, and the things that take time. The mundane tasks are things that humans really aren’t there to do at all. They never were, and we don’t enjoy them.

But when it comes to empathy, trust, judgement, and care, that’s where humans are necessary. AI, the machine, will never be able to do that.

AI without people feels cold. People without AI are too slow.
